One Young World Switzerland

One Young World Switzerland is the National Board representing Young Leaders in Switzerland. Our vision is to identify, connect and empower Switzerland’s most impactful Young Leaders so they can help transform the organizations of today, and create those of tomorrow. Our ambition is to establish Switzerland as the global role model for responsible leadership.

We do this by ensuring that Switzerland’s top Young Leaders are represented in the Swiss delegation at the One Young World Summit, and by supporting and accelerating the work of the Ambassadors post event. We also host our own annual One Young World Switzerland National Congress, to build the community within Switzerland and bring top Leaders together to take action towards a fairer, more sustainable future for all.

One Young World Switzerland was established as the first official National Board of One Young World. It was founded as a non-profit Association in Switzerland and operates legally and financially independently to One Young World Globally. We are connected through the One Young World Charter, and a shared mission and values.
The Switzerland National Board is governed by three Board Members and run by our Managing Director, with additional support from our valuable Swiss One Young World community and our dedicated volunteers.

As of January 2026, One Young World Switzerland is pleased to announce the appointment of new members to its National Board, alongside the appointment of a new Managing Director. These appointments mark an important step in strengthening the association’s governance, operational leadership, and long-term impact in empowering Young Leaders across Switzerland.
